It often seems that we are simply always rushing from one place to another mentally ticking things off our all too lengthy ‘to do’ lists. We start off filled with good intentions and have plans to focus on improving our physical and mental well-being, yet, when it comes down to it, these often get left behind when ‘higher priority’ demands are added to our list; work, home, kids and so on.

One way to ensure that you get some quality time in your life is to book a holiday. Then it is done, it is set in stone, you WILL spend some time on yourself!
The central ethos of OUR holidays is that you can do as much or as little as you choose; there’s a great range of classes and activities every day but you’ll never feel any pressure to join in if you don’t want to – indeed if you just want to hang out by the pool with a glass of wine and a good book you’ll be absolutely free to do so.
Food and drink - We will not tell you what to eat or drink, you can simply enjoy the wonderful healthy Mediterranean diet that is available wherever you go. Our local restaurants showcase a wide variety of traditional Greek dishes, mostly home-made and often organic too.
Classes and Activities - We will not wake you up at an early hour for an early morning sun salutation… it is your choice to come along whenever YOU want to. There are plenty of classes in Yoga, Pilates and Fitness at all levels, every day as well as your choice of other activities from mountain-biking to SUP. Plan your own holiday and join in as much as you like.
But we will encourage you to do this, (if you want us to!)
Meditation and massage - Many of our classes include an element of meditation. Mediation is something that we all know we should be doing but we rarely find the time. With proper guidance from our experienced instructors it will become easier for you to practice meditation regularly. Also Included in every Healthy Options holiday is a blissful massage from one of our team.
Relaxing - here is always time for some simple relaxation, pull up a sun-lounger and spend some time reading your favourite book! And we organise some great evening’s entertainment including live music at the cocktail bar and beach BBQ’s – always a popular choice.
If you are a solo traveller, as a couple, or with a group of friends there are always plenty of like-minded people to talk to and the activities and social evenings are a great opportunity to meet and make new friends.
Our sister company, Wildwind Holidays offers probably the best beach-based sailing holidays in Europe, so if you’d like to relax and enjoy your classes while your partner and/or children want to experience the wonderful world of sailing there really is something to keep the whole family happy.
What’s more childcare (ages 7 and up) is available through the kids’ club so your children can learn to sail whilst you relax guilt-free!
